Cale Hummerston is a Perth-based mural-artist, designer and traditional sign-painter whose work investigates the past, gives it a twist or two and brings it back to the now. Using the visual vocabulary of the mid and early 20th Century he reignites it in popular culture.
His precise, hand-painted artworks are bold, eye-catching and often infused with wry humour and the element of visual surprise.
 

Cale is known for his large-scale public murals throughout metropolitan and regional Western Australia as well as for undertaking smaller domestic murals and commercial signage and designs.
